I tried returning a tool I ordered from dewalt.com, and my first reaction was, why is this so complicated? The site didn’t really make the steps clear, so I ended up clicking around and getting nowhere for a while. Then when I reached out to customer service, it took way too long to get a response.
Even after they received the item back, the refund dragged on longer than I expected. I kept having to check in and ask what was going on, which got old fast. I’m used to better from Dewalt, so this whole return experience was frustrating

The tool works fine overall, but it’s heavier than I expected and the balance feels a bit off. After using it for a while, my wrist starts getting tired, and it’s especially awkward when working overhead. I expected better comfort from Dewalt. I also tried reaching out to support about it and felt like I kept getting passed around in a loop without a real answer, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

This thing feels ridiculously good to hold. The grip is super comfortable, and I used it all day without my hand getting sore at all. I was expecting at least a little discomfort, but nope, my hand basically had a luxury spa day...

Setup was mostly painless, and once it was going, it was simple enough to use. I did have to go back to the instructions a couple times because a few steps weren’t as clear as they made them sound. I’m always a little skeptical when companies make everything look super smooth and effortless, because it usually isn’t quite that clean in real life. Still, after figuring out those bits, it’s been working fine

I bought this DeWalt tool expecting the battery to hold up at least decently, but it barely makes it through small jobs. Even after a full charge, it drains way faster than I expected. For the price, it’s frustrating, and feels like an avoidable issue.

Dropped it a few times already. Still fine. No big damage. Seems tough

They had a solid mix of tools and accessories, so I was able to find about everything I needed without having to jump around to a bunch of other sites.

The tool itself was fine—actually, it works perfectly, but the box showed up beat up. Packaging definitely could’ve been better.

It works fine. But it is really loud. It also vibrates a lot. That got annoying fast for me.

I don’t know, this redesign just isn’t doing it for me. It looks kind of bulky and cheap in person, which is disappointing because I usually expect better from dewalt. Maybe some people won’t mind the style, but for me it just feels off, like they changed it for the sake of changing it.

I’ve been using DeWalt tools for maybe a few years now, and the battery setup is probably the main reason I keep sticking with them. Most of my 20V stuff runs off the same batteries, which makes things a lot easier.

I really like not having a handful of different chargers taking up space around the garage. It’s nice to just grab a battery and move it from one tool to another, more or less without thinking about it.

The only thing I’d say is that some of the newer FlexVolt compatibility info can be a little confusing. The DeWalt site helps, but I still ended up searching around a couple times to make sure I was buying the right thing. Overall, it’s a solid system, I just wish it was a bit clearer

I got it ordered without much hassle, which was nice. The pages loaded fine, the buttons were where I expected them to be, and I didn’t have to re-enter my info or hunt around for the checkout. Small thing, but I always notice when a process doesn’t make me click through a bunch of extra screens.

I expected the warranty process to be straightforward, but it really wasn’t. They made it sound like claims are handled quickly and that I’d be kept updated, but my warranty claim took ___ weeks and the communication was poor. I had to contact support ___ times just to figure out what was going on. When the tool finally came back, it was ___. Overall, the experience didn’t line up with what they promised at all.

I got this from dewalt.com and, it feels safe to use. The guard works good, the grip feels steady, and the trigger lock is a nice touch. My only thing is, the manual could’ve been a little clearer. But overall, I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

I was surprised to find it here because everywhere else I checked was completely out, out. Super glad they had what I needed ready to go.

I bought a DeWalt drill from dewalt and it’s been working really well for me so far. I’ve used it for putting up shelves, doing a few fence repairs, and getting out some stubborn screws my old drill just couldn’t handle. The battery lasts longer than I expected, and it doesn’t seem to lose power halfway through a job, which I appreciate. I haven’t really run into any issues yet, though I’ve only had it for a little while, so time will tell. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I bought a DeWalt drill set from dewalt.com, i’m happy with it. I was a little impatient waiting to try it out because my old drill was driving me nuts, but shipping was fine and showed up without any hassle. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it feels sturdy, works way better than what I had before, and the batteries actually last a decent amount of time. For the price, I feel like I got my money’s worth and I’d buy it again...

I’ve been trying to get a simple replacement part for my DeWalt tool, and it feels like it’s never in stock. The accessories are kind of hit or miss too, which is frustrating when the tool itself still works fine but you can’t actually use it properly. I also got stuck in that annoying support loop where one person sends you to another link, the website says unavailable, and then support basically tells you to keep checking back. It shouldn’t be this hard to fix something that’s otherwise still perfectly usable...

I ordered a drill kit the tool itself is solid. It works fine and feels sturdy. I was a little embarrassed because I kept refreshing the tracking page like I was doing something wrong, but the updates just took a while to show. The website was also kind of slow, which made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be. Overall not a bad experience, just not the smoothest either.
